The present invention relates to a surface mounting technology (SMT) production management system and, more specifically, to an SMT production management system which can manage production plan and history more efficiently, and can prevent wrong insertion of components by verifying and checking wrong insertion before production, and can prevent large scale faults in advance by blocking PCB insertion and stopping a production line if a fault occurs. The present invention can reduce time loss and costs loss greatly and can improve productivity highly, by performing optimal verification of wrong insertion by generating a mount NC file using a BOM file and a CAD file and then applying the mount NC file in a mount equipment, and minimizing manual labor through a comparison function of BOM and BOM, CAD and CAD. |
