The present invention relates to a device which breaks and divides a cap portion of a large end portion and a column portion of a small end portion of a connecting rod used in a vehicle engine in one direction. The present invention realizes a new method of breaking and dividing a connecting rod which uses an operating mandrel having a doubly inclined structure, wherein a lower inclined angle, in which a product is located, corresponds to an inclined angle of a wedge and an upper inclined angle, and in which a product is not located, does not correspond to the inclined angle of the wedge when breaking and dividing the connecting rod, so that the breaking and dividing force can be concentrated on a portion to be broken of a product, thereby securing the breaking and dividing quality. The present invention realizes a new method of breaking and dividing a connecting rod which combines auxiliary wedges at both sides opening a central wedge, a sliding plate, and the operating mandrel performing a function of breaking a product, and applies rolling friction and a linear motor (LM) guide between the sliding plate and an upper frame, so that the breaking and dividing force can be concentrated on the center, thereby further improving the breaking and dividing quality. |
