The present invention relates to an anti-sweating paint and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an anti-sweating paint which prevents condensation due to a temperature difference between an external temperature and an internal temperature, and has good surface finish; and a manufacturing method thereof. The anti-sweating paint of the present invention includes: 10-30 wt% of water, 30-50 wt% of a ceramic powder, 20-30 wt% of a binder resin, 15-35 wt% of calcium carbonate, and 1-15 wt% of an additive. The ceramic powder includes: 10-50 wt% of copper, 20-40 wt% of alumina, 10-30 wt% of silica, 0.1-10 wt% of tin, and 10-20 wt% of nickel; and the binder resin includes 10-30 wt% of a polysol obtained from 10-30 wt% of a polyvinyl alcohol, 40-60 wt% of water, 20-40 wt% of a vinyl monomer, and 70-90 wt% of a urethane solution. |
