The present invention relates to compositions for soap and cosmetics containing gold beads and to a method manufacturing soap and cosmetics using the same. The composition of the present invention includes gold beads which are formed by coating gold on beads formed by adding 1 g of polymethylmethacrylate beads with a diameter of 100-200 μm to a solution including at least one selected from 5 wt% of polyethyleneimine or polystyrene; and compositions for soap and cosmetics including 0.01-0.1 g of the beads.
