The present invention allows a blind fabric to be manufactured in a design with various textures and various patterns, reduces manufacturing costs by mass production, and satisfies a function of an interior with a function of a blind. The present invention includes: manufacturing a double sheet by mounting threads with various colors and a sheet such as wallpaper or fabrics formed in various patterns and various materials; hardening the double sheet by coating and drying the outer surface of the double sheet with hardening resins; obtaining the blind fabric by cutting the hardened double sheet at a fixed length; and cutting and processing the blind fabric in the desired length and width, thereby using the blind fabric for the purpose of a blind.
