<p>The present invention provides a cooling and heating device of a binary cycle heat pump. The cooling and heating device of the present invention improves heating efficiency by simultaneously or selectively delivering heat remaining after being condensed in a high temperature cycle and condensation heat in a low temperature cycle to an ambient evaporator. The cooling and heating device allows the ambient evaporator exposed to the outside at the time of heating to be smoothly operated and facilitates to optimally design the total volume focusing on heating capacity. Also, the cooling and heating device allows cold water used for cooling to be effectively produced. For the above-mentioned objective, in a high temperature cycle (100) formed by a closed loop comprising a first compressor (101), a first heat-exchanger (102), a fourth heat-exchanger (104), a fourth expansion valve (111), and a fifth heat-exchanger (112), refrigerant in a high temperature side, which receives heat from water of a cold water tank (215) while being evaporated from the fifth heat exchanger (112) during a cooling operation, is compressed in the first compressor (101). The cooling and heating device delivers the heat remaining after being condensed to the ambient evaporator (205) through a thermal medium cycling unit and discharges the heat to the outside while delivering the condensation heat condensed in the first heat-exchanger (102) to a hot water tank (103). In a low temperature cycle formed by the closed loop comprising a second compressor (203), a sixth heat exchanger (218), a third expansion valve (213), and a third heat exchanger (214), refrigerant in a low temperature side, which receives heat from water of a cold water tank (215) while being evaporated in the third heat-exchanger (214), delivers the condensation heat, which is compressed in the second compressor (203) and condensed in the sixth heat-exchanger (218), to the ambient evaporator (205) through the thermal medium cycling unit (219) and discharges the heat to the outside.</p> |
