<p>The present invention relates to an application field for a design of a device for controlling buoyancy and wind power which enable a camera and a remote control device using a kite balloon to float to a desired position. The present invention can reduce the weight of a device and operate a high capacity device by maintaining a stable support structure for controlling the direction of the camera or the like and providing a method for correcting and controlling a position by using the kite balloon minimizing the influence on change in wind and an upper-air movement and position obtaining technique using the kite balloon and a traction line.</p> |
