The present invention relates to a bio-adhesive composition. According to the present invention, the bio-adhesive composition contains a bio-adhesive component having a specific functional group which can be a covalently bonded with a protein residue of a surface of a skin or a hair, forms covalent bonding without damage to the skin or hair, and provides a desired bio-adhesive effect semi-permanently.
