Disclosed is a tap changer reducing vibration during driving of a movable contact. The disclosed tap changer comprises a first fixed contact; a second fixed contact arranged to be separated from the first fixed contact; a movable contact moved by sliding on the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact, and selectively connected with the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact; and an insulation member located between the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact. According to the compressor fixed structure, distribution of vibration of a compressor installed on a product to the outside is minimized to obtain an effect of reducing vibration and noise generated by the compressor during driving of the compressor.
