The present invention relates to a soundproof panel provided with a UV-blocking function, a method for manufacturing same, and a soundproof wall using same. According to the present invention, UV-blocking and heat-resistant first and second adhesion layers are integrally formed to be positioned on front/back surfaces of a printing layer, a transparent resin layer is formed by using a UV curing resin between a design soundproof panel and a protective soundproof panel where the printing layer and the first and second adhesion layers are formed so that the printing layer is protected by the first and second adhesion layers and the transparent resin layer, and discoloration and decolorization of the printing layer are prevented so that a service life and durability of the soundproof panel can be improved. The soundproof panel provided with a UV-blocking function according to the present invention includes the design soundproof panel that is formed for the printing layer to be positioned between the first adhesion layer and the second adhesion layer provided with the UV-blocking function; the protective soundproof panel that is disposed to be positioned at a predetermined distance from the printing layer of the design soundproof panel; an adhesion tape that is attached along a boundary (edge) of the design soundproof panel or the protective soundproof panel for integral adhesion of the design soundproof panel and the protective soundproof panel; and the transparent resin layer that is formed by curing of the UV curing resin which is filled and charged into a space between the design soundproof panel and the protective soundproof panel integrally attached by the adhesion tape and is integrally formed with the design soundproof panel and the protective soundproof panel. |
