Support 20 is connected to first seat element 12, forming a leg support in the first position and a headrest in the second position. There may be a second support 22 connected to second seat element 14, forming a headrest in the first position and a leg support in the second position. Supports 20, 22 may be pivotably connected to seat elements 12, 14. Seat 10 may comprise levers 24 to transform the movement of seat elements 12, 14 from one position to the other position in a rotary movement of supports 20, 22 in relation to seat elements 12, 14.
