The present invention relates to a piping sluice device for a movable weir, capable of automatically opening and closing a drain of the movable weir by being formed in a pipe shape. The piping sluice device for a movable weir in accordance with the present invention includes: two base frames installed in the movable weir and separated from each other; a cylindrical fixing member which has a drainage hole installed between the base frames and passing through the front side and the rear side to enable drainage, and whose the inner circumference is extended along a cylinder curvature; a rotary opening and closing member formed into a cylindrical shape to be rotated inside a cylindrical fixing sluice, and opening or blocking the drainage hole by a rotation state by having an opening and closing hole corresponding to the drainage hole; and an opening and closing unit opening or closing a waterway by rotating and driving the rotary opening and closing member.
