Disclosed are a truncated pyramid block for reinforcing ground and a foundation construction method using the truncated pyramid block. The foundation construction method using the truncated pyramid block includes: a step of grading the upper part of the ground to be reinforced; a step of installing a plurality of truncated pyramid blocks to be close to the ground surface to be in contact with the ground of which the bottom surface of the truncated pyramid blocks is grading-processed, wherein the cross section of the truncated pyramid blocks is narrower from the upper surface towards the bottom surface; and a step of charging a space formed of side surfaces of the adjacent truncated pyramid blocks with filler. An upper structure can be supported since the ground is reinforced without forming a deep foundation such as a pile or the like on the ground which has insufficient support power to support the upper structure. |
