The present invention relates to a medical handpiece capable of transmitting laser beams generated by a laser generation part to an affected part. The objective of the present invention is to provide a medical handpiece capable of accurately irradiating the laser beams without a part not irradiated with the laser beams or a part not repetitively irradiated with the laser beams, reducing the effort and treatment time of a user, increasing the convenience of scanning, and improving treatment efficiency. Also, the present invention is to increase the treatment efficiency by easily irradiating the laser beams to a part between teeth and efficiently irradiating the laser beams to slightly curved teeth.
