1. An image forming apparatus comprising:
a body casing; a frame comprising a cartridge accommodation part, the frame being movable with respect to the body casing; and a cartridge configured to be removably mounted to the cartridge accommodation part and comprising:
a developing roller;a housing comprising:
a developer accommodation chamber;a developing chamber, to which the developing roller is arranged; anda bulkhead spaced from another portion of the housing so as to form an opening and configured to partition the developer accommodation chamber and the developing chamber; anda first electrode, wherein the frame comprises a second electrode that is configured to electrically couple to the first electrode, and wherein the second electrode and the bulkhead are arranged in such manner as to overlap each other when viewed from an axis direction of the developing roller in a state where the cartridge is mounted to the cartridge accommodation part.
