The present invention provides a manhole cover for preventing inflow of wastewater comprising: a grating which is installed to rest on an upper end of a manhole, wherein a plurality of horizontal bars and vertical bars are coupled to cross one another such that a plurality of outlets are formed to penetrate in a vertical direction; a base frame which is arranged to be inserted between a pair of corresponding horizontal bars, respectively such that the base frame is installed under the grating, wherein a drain hole is formed to penetrate an upper surface of the base frame; an open/close door which is hinge-coupled with the base frame to rotate such that the drain hole is opened and closed, wherein a fluid introduced through the outlet of the grating rotates from a close position to an open position by weight to open the drain hole; and a weight mass which is installed to be connected to the open/close door and rotates the open/close door from an open position to a close position, when inflow of fluid through the outlet of the grating stops, such that the drain hole is maintained at a closed state. In the manhole cover for preventing inflow of wastewater, the base frame is arranged to be inserted between a pair of corresponding adjacent horizontal bars of the grating, and the open/close door is installed to be connected inside the base frame such that the drain hole of the base frame is opened/closed. Meanwhile, the open/close door is maintained at a closed state by the weight mass, and inflow of fallen leaves or various wastes into the manhole through the drain hole of the grating is, therefore, prevented as long as a fluid with the weight greater than a predetermined amount does not enter an upper portion of the grating. |
