The present invention relates to polysiloxane having a conical structure shape, a laminate having a super-hydrophobic surface and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides polysiloxane that has excellent super-hydrophobicity even without separate surface treatment and has a conical structure shape to be able to be applied easily in a large area on the surface of a member; a laminate including the same; and a simple and economical manufacturing method thereof.
