The present invention relates to a steel pipe having an epoxy resin coating layer including an antibacterial ceramic and a jade, and more particularly, to a steel pipe having an epoxy resin coating layer including an antibiotic ceramic and a jade, in which an inner surface of the steel pipe having a coated outer surface is coated with an epoxy resin including an antibacterial ceramic having an amphibole and an sphalerite, which are environment reform elements, and a jade, so that the antibacterial material including a ceramic mixture of the amphibole and the sphalerite and the jade, which has a far infrared ray radiation efficiency, germ reproduction suppressing ability, sterilization and antibiosis ability, can be used as an antibiotic material. The steel pipe having an epoxy resin layer of the present invention includes an epoxy coating layer and a polyethylene coating layer on an outer surface of a metal layer, and an epoxy layer on an inner layer of the metal layer, wherein the epoxy resin coating layer includes: 25 to 65 weight% of epoxy resin, 5 to 15 weight% of ceramic mixture, which is pulverized to a size of 200 to 600 mesh, 10 to 45 weight% of a jade powder, which is pulverized to a size of 200 to 600 mesh, having a purity of 95 to 99% and having a moisture content of 0.03 to 0.5% and 20 to 50 weight% of a ceramic filler. |
