The present invention relates to a content distribution log agent and operation method for the protection of copyright content provided through an online service, and more particularly, to a content distribution log agent and operation method for the protection of copyright content provided through an online service, which may: monitor a packet transmitted and received between a DB and a server possessed by an online service provider, for the legal distribution of copyright content provided as chargeable content by the online service provider; and analyze SQL queries in the packet and create an SQL query log so that it is possible to clearly check the distribution of the copyright content even if the distribution records of the copyright content stored in the DB are modified or deleted. The content distribution log agent for the protection of the copyright content provided through an online service of the present invention includes: an SQL packet processing unit that collects a packet transmitted and received in real time through the network card of a terminal in which a log agent is installed, and that extracts and analyzes one or more of SQL queries or SQL packet transmission and reception candidates; a log management unit that creates and encrypts an SQL query log corresponding to one or more of the SQL queries or SQL packet transmission and reception candidates extracted and analyzed by the SQL packet processing unit; a log storing unit that stores and manages the SQL query log encrypted by the log management unit; and a log monitoring unit for monitoring accessing of the SQL query log stored in the log storing unit. |
