The present invention relates to a fork handle attaching machine which attaches a fork handle made of synthetic resin to a neck made of a steel that forms an integral part after connected to the fork prongs made of steel. More specifically, the present invention has the effect of enhancing productivity by automating the handle attaching procedures and comprises: a support fixture; a fixing frame installed on the front of the upper side of the support fixture composed of a handle pressuring unit, which pressures the handle placed on the handle stand, and a neck support fixture placed on the upper side of the fixing frame supporting the neck arranged on the stand of the fork prongs; a control unit installed on a side of the fixing frame; a moving frame installed on the back of the upper side of the support fixture having the fork prong stand place the neck toward the handle on its bottom side, and a fork prong pressure unit placed on the fork prongs stand placed on its upper side; a heating mean installed on the upper side of the support fixture and heating the neck placed on the fork prong stand; and a transfer cylinder installed on the back of the upper side of the support fixture and assembling the neck to the handle heated through the heating means by transferring the moving frame back and forth by operating the control unit. |
