The present invention relates to a lower structure that is used in partition construction for partitioning inner spaces of various types of buildings. According to the present invention, a lower body for partition construction is provided, a height adjustment tool is inserted and received on an upper side of the lower body that is integrally or separately formed, a separate fixing base is insertion-formed on a lower side of the lower body, and lower body installation and height adjustment tool-based panel leveling can be performed by using the fixing base in a state where the fixing base is disposed on a bottom surface. Another fixing base that is coupled with the lower body can be conveniently fixed to and disposed on the bottom surface, and then fixing installation of the lower body is performed. Accordingly, the previous method for directly fixing and installing a lower body to and on a bottom surface can be avoided, and operation convenience can be significantly improved. In addition, positional correction and reinstallation can be simplified with the lower body being lifted from the fixing base, and the height adjustment tool that is received from the upper side of the lower body allows height adjustment and leveling with respect to the panel with greater convenience, thus the partition construction can be come with higher quality and shortened operation time. |
