<p>The present invention relates to a machining tip with diamond grains used as abrasives and, more specifically, to a machining tip mounted on a rotating machining tool, performing machining works such as cutting, abrasion, drilling, etc., and used to improve a machining effect. To improve the machining effect, the machining tip has concave grooves in the sides thereof, wherein the concave grooves can be formed into a joint part thinner than the other parts of the machining tip or into an integrated S-shaped segment, thereby improving a machining performance, discharging chips efficiently, and minimizing side friction. In addition, the machining tip has an arranged layer in which the abrasives are arranged regularly and a non-arranged layer in which the abrasives are arranged irregularly, thereby maximizing the above effects.</p> |
