PURPOSE: A dumpling producing apparatus having a simple structure, and dumplings produced from thereof are provided to prevent the skin of the dumplings from being ripped when frying. CONSTITUTION: A dumpling producing apparatus having a simple structure comprises the following: a dumpling molding unit(60) including a lower frame(64), side frames(66a, 66b), and an upper frame(104), a dumpling transfer roller(76), a molding roller unit(90), and position controlling handles(106a, 106b); shaft mount holes(68a, 68b) and guide units(70a, 70b) formed on the side frames; a first shaft(74) rotatably mounted on the shaft mount hole for installing the dumpling transfer roller; sliders(94a, 94b) mounted on the guide units, and installed on both ends of a second shaft(92); and first and second gears(82, 84) fixed to the first shaft with the dumpling transfer roller. |
