FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipe covering. Foamed rubber tubes or reels are used for covering process pipelines pipes and parts subject to pipe diameter to be laid in several plies subject to pipe covering. Heat insulation of connectors is composed of segments or section parts while zinc-plated steel case is used as protection shell. The latter is designed to be made for every part and part diameter separately with due allowance for geometrical sizes and coveting depth.
