FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device includes the body made as a hollow prolated hemisphere from resilient material, from the back part of the body a deep cut is made. On the rotation axis of the device the open metal tube is installed. From the external side of the body on the metal tube the shaped nut is screwed-in, on which PTFE washers and PTFE collar are placed. Atop the collar PTFE sleeve and hollow vane are fixed with a nut. The vane channels are connected to the tube hollow through the holes made along the tube diameter. PTFE collar and sleeve have holes mated with the holes in the tube. On the opposite sides of the vane the holes are located.EFFECT: improvement of quality of cleaning of the pipeline internal surface, improvement of reliability of the device operation, simplification of the device design and cleaning process.2 dwg |
