The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a positive electrode for a secondary battery increasing dispersibility of a conductor combined on a surface of a positive electrode active material by including a step of dry-mixing positive electrode active material particles and conductor particles, and to the positive electrode for the secondary battery manufacture by the method. By providing positive electrode active material slurry including the conductor particles separately combined on a surface of the positive electrode active material at regular intervals, the positive electrode having improved stability and the secondary battery having improved capacity by including the same can be manufactured.
