Provided is a device for compensating an offset in high modulation OFDM transmission. The device comprises: a transmitting unit to configure a pilot signal for transceving synchronization and channel distortion estimation as a frame to be transmitted; and a receiving unit to estimate a clock offset and a frequency offset for a receiving signal to be compensated and to estimate channel distortion of the receiving signal.
