The present invention provides a tray for storing a semiconductor package, which stores the semiconductor package when a reliability test on the semiconductor package is performed. The tray comprises a main body; a pocket unit which has a plurality of groove structures arranged on the main body to separately store the semiconductor package; an inclination unit which has an inclined structure provided on the periphery of the pocket unit so that the each semiconductor package is slid into the pocket unit when the semiconductor package is stored in the pocket unit; and an air spray unit which has a flow path structure capable of spraying air from the pocket unit to the semiconductor package while each semiconductor package is stored in the pocket unit.
