摘要 <p>Provided are a host cell which is transformed to a polynucleotide coding an interferon activation suppression protein for producing a vaccinia virus, and a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for producing the vaccinia virus using the same. The host cell for producing the vaccinia virus according to the present invention is transformed to the polynucleotide coding a protein suppressing activation of an interferon, and thus, can suppress the activation of the interferon showing anti-virus effect, by producing the protein suppressing activation of the interferon in the transformed host cell. Therefore, mass production of the vaccinia virus is possible.</p>
