FIELD: testing equipment.SUBSTANCE: device comprises a base, a loading unit, connected to a wear sensor, a recording instrument, a rotation drive, interacting with a holder of a countersample, a force meter with elastic elements and deformation sensors. The force meter additionally comprises a ring, at the end sides of which there are elastic elements fixed radially, made in the form of plates, three of which, perceiving the resistance torque from the sample holder are symmetrically installed on a rib at the upper side of the ring. Free ends of the plates are limited at two sides by stops, and three elastic elements that perceive the normal load are mounted symmetrically in respect to each other at the lower side of the ring, at the same time the planes of the ring and the plates are combined.EFFECT: simplified design and increased accuracy of measurement.2 cl, 2 dwg |
