In the present invention, disclosed are a light extraction layer for a light emitting apparatus and the light emitting apparatus using the same. The light extraction layer for a light emitting apparatus disclosed in the present invention comprises multiple coating layers which are stacked on one surface of a substrate in consecutive order, and the coating layers include substances which have crystal structures different from each other. Accordingly, luminance and light emitting efficiency of the light emitting apparatus can be improved, and also an effect of uniformly extracting light to the outside is provided.
