FIELD: personal use articles.SUBSTANCE: group of invention relates to sanitary engineering articles. The toilet is made of a composite material containing an inorganic filler and a thermoplastic resin. The filler represents calcium carbonate or a mixture of wollastonite and calcium carbonate. The toilet is manufactured by way of pressure casting and includes a WC bowl with a drain hole and a release hole of the flushing tube in the side wall of the WC bowl drain hole, a flushing cistern, the flushing tube manifold hole and inlet hole, a flushing tube and a U-tube. The upper part of the U-tube is positioned higher than the WC bowl drain hole. The inlet hole is positioned in the upper part of the U-tube and is matched with the WC bowl drain hole. The lower end of the U-tube is connected to the discharge stack. The inner walls of the U-tube and the flushing tube are made smooth through polishing and painting. The method for manufacture of the water-saving toilet includes the following stages: composite material granules preparation, manufacture of the toilet part by way of pressure casting, rigid connection of the toilet part to manufacture the product.EFFECT: high efficiency of production, improved self-cleaning properties and low energy costs.8 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl |
