FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal cutting, particularly, to dividers used at piercing grooves in discs. Automatic divider is to be fitted in and secured at disc 1 for piercing of grooves therein. It comprises case 2, rotary dividing bearing clamping assembly 3 with latched elements, their number corresponding to that of pierced grooves, clamping 4, turning 13, locking 11 and tracking 20 pneumatic assemblies. Said assemblies are incorporated with pneumoelectric system that makes them operate in succession. It incorporates extra rotary dividing bearing clamping assemblies 3, locking elements number being an integer, a quotient of division of latched elements by divider that is an integer corresponding to the number of locking assemblies. Note here that pneumoelectric system includes shutoff valves 10 to allow manual operation of locking pneumatic assemblies 4.EFFECT: higher quality of metal cutting.10 dwg |
