The present invention relates to a rudder having a twist form and a vessel including the same. The rudder includes a first area having an axis of a horizontal cross section which is rotated by a first setting degree from a line in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the vessel; a second area having an axis of a vertical cross section which is rotated by a second setting degree from a vertical cross section in longitudinal direction of the vessel; and a third area having a twist form to connect the first area and the second area.
