The present invention relates to a system and a method for a remote monitoring integrated information service in order to manage a respiratory infection disease in real time. The present invention is able to obtain a maximum effect at minimum costs by: rapidly and accurately grasping whereto a virus spreads from the place of origin by modeling all cities as an itinerant salesman problem (TSP) in order to trace the route of the virus and combining a gene algorithm (GA); and efficiently injecting a vaccine by minimizing local damage through a prediction of the spread region.
