<p>According to the present invention, a molded body manufactured by by-products generated from an iron manufacturing operation comprises: a mixed by-product formed by mixing sludge generated from at least two operations; a coupling material providing a coupling force when the mixed by-product is molded; and inevitable residual impurities, wherein the mixed by-product contains: steel manufacturing sludge generated from a steel manufacturing operation; and FINEX sludge generated from a FINEX operation and having an amount larger than the amount of the steel manufacturing sludge. According to the present invention, the molded body is manufactured by mixing the by-products generated from the various operations, thereby manufacturing a raw material in which the content of iron is increased, harmful ingredients are reduced, and compression strength is improved. In addition, according to the present invention, the molded body is capable of replacing iron ore in a sintering process, a blast furnace process, and the FINEX process, and is capable of replacing a scrap in a steel manufacturing process.</p> |
