The present invention relates to an analog digital converter, an image sensor including the same, and a device including the image sensor. The analog digital converter includes: a signal processing unit which generates an operational amplification output voltage by responding to an input voltage and a DAC output voltage in a sigma-delta operation section and generates the operational amplification output voltage by responding to the DAC output voltage and the operational amplification output voltage which are fed back in a cyclic operation section; a control unit which determines the number of upper level M bits by comparing the input voltage with first and second light reference voltages in a light intensity detection operating section, generates a DAC control signal and obtains data of the upper level M bits by comparing the operational amplification output voltage with a first reference voltage in the sigma-delta operation section, and generates the DAC control signal and obtains data of lower level N bits by comparing the operational amplification output voltage with second and third reference voltages in the cyclic operation section; and a digital analog converting unit which generates the DAC output voltage by responding to the DAC control signal.
