<p>Provided are a host cell transformed to a polynucleotide coding a protein suppressing activation of an interferon and a protein related with forming an extracellular enveloped vaccinia virus, and a method for manufacturing the same and a method for producing a vaccinia virus using the same. The host cell according to the present invention is transformed to a polynucleotide coding the protein suppressing activation of the interferon and the protein related with forming the extracellular enveloped vaccinia virus, and thus, can suppress the activation of the interferon showing anti-virus effect by producing the protein suppressing the activation of the interferon in the transformed host cell. Thus, mass production of the virus is made possible. Also, when the host cell produces the extracellular enveloped vaccinia virus, immunological clearance of a vaccinia virus vector can be avoided and a greater effect than using a different type of virus as a vector is expected.</p> |
