<p>The present invention relates to an automatic tension control device for a thermal treatment device and, more specifically, to an automatic tension control device for a thermal treatment device including a transferring member (10); a power transmitting member (20) connected to the transferring member (10) and transmitting power to the transferring member (10) by a driving means (40); and a tension control member (30) mounted on the transferring member (10) and maintaining and controlling the tension of the power transmitting member. The power transmitting member for transmitting power to the transferring member transmits power while being mounted on the transferring member. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide the automatic tension control device for a thermal treatment device enabling smooth transferring movement of the transferring member as the tension control member controls the power transmitting member to regularly maintain the tension of the power transmitting member by pulling the power transmitting member in case that the power transmitting member is lengthened or dropped by being loosened by long-term use of the device when the device uses a chain, a timing belt, a rope, a steel wire and the like as the power transmitting member; reducing a power loss; preventing friction noise caused by the power transmitting member or impulse noise caused by touching the bottom surface; and also preventing the shrinkage strain or distortion of a thermal treatment device housing by preventing the tension of the power transmitting member from being increased more than necessary.</p> |
