<p>The present invention relates to a tap inspection apparatus of a wheel hub for a commercial vehicle, which inspects multiple screw fastening holes (13) in the flange part (12) of the wheel hub (10) for a commercial vehicle. The tap inspection apparatus (100) comprises: a base (101) having a horizontal transfer part (110) on the upper side thereof; a hub support part (200) installed on the upper side of the horizontal transfer part (110), installed to be able to be transferred horizontally, having the wheel hub (10) mounted on the upper side thereof, and rotating the wheel hub (10); an elevator (300) vertically installed on the upper surface of the base (101), and having an elevation part (320) having a guide rail (310) on one side thereof; and a tap inspection unit (400) installed on the guide rail (310) of the elevator (300), able to be elevated, and inspecting the screw fastening holes (13) in the flange part of the wheel hub respectively. According to the present invention, the tap inspection apparatus is capable of performing an automatic step-type inspection on tap parts for distances between the screw fastening holes processed in the flange part of the wheel hub and for the respective fastening depths of the screw fastening holes, thereby not only reducing inspection time largely compared with a manual inspection, but also maximizing the productivity of a product by accurately evaluating the quality of the product.</p> |
