<p>Provided are a host cell transformed to a polynucleotide coding a protein related with forming an extracellular enveloped vaccinia virus for producing a vaccinia virus, and a method for manufacturing the same and a method for producing the vaccinia virus using the same. The host cell according to the present invention is transformed to a polynucleotide coding a protein related with forming an extracellular enveloped vaccinia virus, and thus can produce the extracellular enveloped vaccinia virus effectively. Thus, the extracellular enveloped vaccinia virus manufactured thereby can avoid immunological clearance of a vaccinia virus vector, and can be used in metastatic cancer, and has a greater effect clinically compared with using a different type of virus as a vector.</p> |
