FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of preserved appetisers production. The method envisages recipe components preparation, scorzonera and pears straining and finishing, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing, the produced mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation.EFFECT: method allows to produce new preserves with low adhesion of the manufactured target product to container walls. |
