Assembly (1) comprising a guide-wire (2) having distally a flexible tip (4), and a guide-wire kit (10) comprising an introduction element (6) of the guide-wire (2), a torque body (12), proximal to the introduction element (6), which comprises blocking means (16) of said guide-wire (2) to said body (12), and a slide control (18) which defines a support surface (20) for the guide-wire (2), manually accessible to control (roto-) translations of the guide-wire (2), thereby orientations and/or sliding of the flexible tip (4), when the means (16) are in a release configuration. The torque body (12), the introduction element (6) and the slide control (18) are each disengageable, independently of the others, from the guide-wire (2) in a radial direction. The present invention further regards a relative kit, a method of use and a method of mounting of a guide-wire assembly (1). |
