DYE-SENSITIZED SOLA CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
摘要
<p>The present invention relates to a dye-sensitized solar cell to convert solar energy into electrical energy and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the said invention relates to a dye-sensitized solar cell including an internal electrode to facilitate electron-hole transfer generated inside an oxide semiconductor of an optical electrode unit. By adding electron-hole transfer paths formed inside the optical electrode unit, the present invention can increase the response speed of the dye-sensitized solar cell having a relatively slow response speed when compared to a conventional technique; thereby providing a highly efficient dye-sensitized solar cell.</p>
