Provided is a cast-in-place culvert structure with a partial precast structure, which comprises a lower slab PC member (100), an upper reinforcing bar assembly (200), and a cast-in-place upper concrete part (500). The lower slab PC member (100) as a foundation reinforcing bar concrete member having a certain length and installed on the excavated ground, so that a culvert structure (1000) such as an electric ditch or a utility-pipe conduit can be formed, is manufactured from PC (precast concrete) by a precast mold (600), and integrally has a foundation slab part (110) and wall bottom parts (120) on both surfaces thereof, wherein the foundation slab part (110) has an upper inner surface (110a) formed into a flat surface by the precast mold (600), and the wall bottom parts (120) have connection reinforcing bars (140) inserted thereinto and protruding upward from the upper surfaces thereof. The upper reinforcing bar assembly (200) preassembled before the concrete placement of the cast-in-place upper concrete part is installed to be connected on the lower slab PC member (100), wherein the cast-in-place upper concrete part forms both side walls (510) of the culvert structure (1000) and an upper slab (520) connecting the tops of the side walls. The cast-in-place upper concrete part (500) is integrated with the upper reinforcing bar assembly (200) and the lower slab PC member (100) when placed and cured in a space supported by an outer mold (300) and an inner mold (400), which are installed on the outer surface and the inner surface of the upper reinforcing bar assembly (200). |
