摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a matt surface processing method of a ceramic vacuum absorption nozzle tip. The matt surface processing method includes: a sintering nozzle tip manufacturing step of molding and sintering the shape of a ceramic vacuum absorption nozzle tip; a primary size adjusting step of grinding the nozzle tip in order to adjust the size of the sintered nozzle tip; a sintered nozzle tip and nozzle holder combining step of combining the primarily size-adjusted sintered nozzle tip with a nozzle holder; a secondary correct size processing step of grinding the sintered nozzle tip, which is combined with the nozzle holder, at a correct size; a reflecting plate assembling step of assembling a reflecting plate with the sintered nozzle tip; a matt surface processing step of reforming a surface by radiating a pulse laser beam to the surface of the sintered nozzle tip with which the reflecting plate is assembled; and combining the matt-processed sintered nozzle tip with a housing. Thereby the present invention is able to provide a matt ceramic vacuum absorption nozzle tip manufacturing method which is eco-friendly and prevents damage and defects by diffusing illuminating light in the way of a diffused reflection by forming innumerable hollow marks by adding the thermal impact pressing waves of a high speed pulse laser beam to the surface of the nozzle tip.</p>
