The present invention relates to mixtures containing high concentration of entecavir and a method for manufacturing the same. The mixtures containing high concentration of entecavir according to the present invention can contain entecavir, exceeding the intrinsic solubility thereof, in concentration of 5 mg/mL or more, and the mixtures neither increase the viscosity nor form bubbles by addition of a solubilizer and shows stable dissolution rate, and maintains the solubility and stability even during long term storage, thereby easily taking the exact amount of medicine using a simple metered oral dose dispensing device in case of the present invention that markedly reduces a single dosage so as to take less than 0.5 mL of the mixtures. Also, a plenty of dosage can be easily carried as occasion demands. Additionally, the exact amount of the mixtures can be easily administered if low dose administration of the entecavir is required, thereby being useful as an oral liquid preparation.
