The present invention relates to a device for processing a light guide plate capable of engraving a pattern part on a light guide plate for a backlight unit using laser beams. The device for processing a light guide plate comprises first and second laser oscillation parts for generating the laser beams; a stage on which the light guide plate to be processed is fixed; a first header part for irradiating laser beams generated by the first laser oscillation part to the light guide plate to be processed fixed on the stage while moving in the X-axis direction of the stage; a second header part for irradiating the laser beams generated by the second laser oscillation part to the light guide plate to be processed fixed on the stage while moving in the X-axis direction of the stage; a driving part for Y-pitch adjustment capable of moving the second header part in a Y-axis direction to adjust a Y-axis directional gap between the first and second header parts; and an integrated control part for controlling the operation of the first and second laser oscillation parts, the first and second head parts, and the driving part for Y-pitch adjustment.
