The invention discloses a method for regenerating waste battery carbon rods into grapheme. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) performing electrolysis at constant voltage U in an electrolytic cell by taking an inert electrode as a cathode, a dry and clean carbon rod as an anode and an acidic solution as electrolyte to obtain a solution rich in graphene, wherein the voltage U is more than 0V and less than or equal to 30.0V; and (2) filtering the solution rich in graphene, and washing a filter cake by using an acidic washing liquor and deionized water in turn until neutrality to obtain a graphene filter cake, wherein the acidic washing liquor is 5 to 15 weight percent hydrochloric acid, 5 to 15 weight percent sulfuric acid or a mixture of both. By an electrochemical method, the waste battery carbon rods are successfully converted into a graphene material with high added value, and the method has the advantages of simple equipment, simple operation, low cost and the like. |
