There is disclosed a new sugar confectionary product produced by solidified cacao and tahini mixed with extracts of fresh fruit, sweetening substances, vanilla, superfoods and dried fruit, such as almonds. Cacao- and- tahini solidification is obtained upon mixing of fruit extract and treatment of the resulted product into a heating mixing device. The invented sugar confectionary is of high nutritional value, and suitable to strengthen the organism of non-diabetic or even diabetic consumers when sugar is replaced by Stevia; furthermore, it is able to acquire particular flavours if mixed, in the final production stage, with dried fruit and varying spoon sweets as referred in the dependent claims. |
